Young Leisure Agent of the Year achieves double distinction in Travel Consultant apprenticeship EPA

iCQ Awards is delighted to congratulate Lilly on being named Young Leisure Agent of the Year at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards.

The award recognises Lilly’s outstanding commitment to customer service, exceptional knowledge and passion for the travel industry, and the consistently high standards she demonstrates within her role. iCQ Awards team members Claire Williams and Neil Hayes were there on the night to celebrate Lilly’s achievements with her.

Adding to her success, Lilly also achieved a Double Distinction in her Travel Consultant End-Point Assessment with iCQ Awards, reflecting the same commitment, professionalism and determination she demonstrated throughout her apprenticeship.

For iCQ Awards, Lilly’s success is particularly rewarding. As an experienced provider of End-Point Assessment and qualifications for the travel and tourism sector, we are proud to support apprentices, training providers and employers in recognising the knowledge, skills and professional competence developed throughout an apprenticeship.

Lilly’s achievements demonstrate the impact that apprenticeships can have when learning is successfully applied in the workplace. Her Double Distinction, alongside recognition as Young Leisure Agent of the Year, is testament to both her commitment to her professional development and the contribution she is already making to the travel industry.

AS Training, iCQ recognised centre and Lilly’s training provider for her apprenticeship, said:

“We are incredibly proud of everything Lilly has achieved. From the outset of her apprenticeship, she demonstrated exceptional commitment to her learning, a genuine passion for the travel industry and a determination to continually develop herself professionally.

“Achieving a Double Distinction in her Travel Consultant End-Point Assessment is an exceptional achievement in itself, but to do so alongside being recognised as Young Leisure Agent of the Year makes this a particularly special success.

“It demonstrates not only what Lilly has learned through her apprenticeship, but how effectively she has applied that learning in the workplace. We have no doubt that she has an extremely bright future ahead of her.”

We are proud to have played a role in Lilly’s apprenticeship journey and would like to congratulate her on two fantastic achievements.
