Behind every successful learner is a training provider delivering high-quality education and support. That’s why iCQ works closely with approved centres to ensure qualifications are delivered consistently, professionally, and by subject-matter experts.
To make it easier for learners to connect with trusted providers, we’re introducing iCQ Connected, a new scheme that matches learners and training providers.

What is Connected?
The scheme is designed to help individuals who are interested in taking an iCQ qualification, find approved centres that deliver the training they need.
When a learner contacts iCQ looking for a qualification, we’ll use the information they provide to match them with approved centres that deliver the relevant qualifications.
For matched centres, we’ll provide the details of learners interested in taking an iCQ qualification, creating an opportunity to increase visibility and connect with people who are actively seeking training.
How it works
Approved centres that deliver iCQ qualifications can choose to opt into the scheme by completing a short registration form.
The information provided will help us match learner enquiries to relevant providers based on factors such as:
- Qualifications and sectors
- Location(s)
- Centre information and contact details
When suitable enquiries are received, iCQ will share the prospective learner’s details with participating centres. Participation is entirely optional, and centres can choose whether they would like to be included. If opted in, centres will receive the details of prospective learners and will be able to reach out to them directly.
Please note
Once your centre is added to Connected, you can return to the same registration form to let us know if any of your details have changed. For example, if you update the contact email address you wish to receive notifications to, or if you start offering a new iCQ qualification.
