The Inspire Justice Awards, delivered by Skills for Justice, are the UK’s only awards programme dedicating to recognising excellence across the entire justice sector. These awards celebrate the individuals, teams and initiatives whose dedication, professionalism and innovation make a positive impact on the sector.
As a nationally recognised awarding body committed to supporting workforce development, iCQ is pleased to sponsor the Educator of the Year category for the first time.
Education and learning are vital to building a skilled, resilient and future-ready workforce. Across policing, courts and tribunals, community safety, rehabilitation and wider justice services, educators play a critical role in equipping people with the knowledge, confidence and capabilities they need to succeed.

Nominations are now open
Nominations for the Inspire Justice Awards 2027 are open from 1 September 2026 until 2 November 2026.
The awards feature 12 categories covering a wide range of professions and disciplines across the justice sector, recognising exceptional individuals, teams and initiatives that are making a real difference.
If you know an educator, trainer, or learning and development professional whose work deserves recognition, now is the perfect opportunity to celebrate their achievements.
Following a judging process, finalists will be invited to attend the Inspire Justice Awards ceremony in March 2027, where winners will be announced and celebrated alongside peers from across the sector.
