Exams and assessment resources
Taking exams or any form of assessment can be a stressful time for learners. Many people struggle with feelings of stress and anxiety in the lead up to an assessment date.
It’s important to manage stress and take care of your personal wellbeing during these periods. Being well-prepared and understanding the nature and format of your assessment can also help.
We encourage learners to speak with their employers or their training providers about their assessments and what you can expect. Having these conversations will help you feel more ready and help manage you wellbeing.
