iCQ doesn’t offer training directly to learners – we provide the qualification specifications and quality assure training providers across the UK, who you can take one of our qualifications with.
The independence between a training provider and an awarding organisation is how we make sure that learners get the best experience possible – the highest quality skills, learning outcomes and standards of teaching.
In most cases, learners deal directly with the training provider for their chosen course. If you are looking for a training provider for one of our qualifications, contact us and we can send information about available training providers.
Why take an iCQ Awards qualification?
We developed our iLearner platform to help learners navigate what they need to do. It has assessment, portfolio building, and eLearning capabilities built in as standard for all of our approved centres and training providers, giving you a choice of learning methods and tracking your progress with your chosen provider. iLearner also allows you to communicate with your assessor, submit evidence, and check your progress at any time, from any device.
When you enrol with a training provider, you will be provided with your own unique username and password to the iLearner system and be given advice and guidance on how to use it.

Learner FAQs
Many qualifications and apprenticeship are eligible for funding, but this will depend on your individual circumstances and the funding agreements they have with various government or sector bodies. You should speak to the provider of your course who will be able to provide information of any funding available to you and how to apply.
iCQ do not provide funding for individual learners, but aim to make our qualifications eligible for funding options where they are available.
Training providers will be able to provide this information, and you should contact them to find out more.
Your training provider or employer will be able to help you gain or regain access to iLearner. They manage your usernames and passwords and you should contact them in the first instance (we can assist them if required).
The training provider or employer you took the qualification with will be able to arrange a replacement certificate for you, and you should contact them in the first instance.
We offer a free certificate validation service online. You will need the certificate number, the date issued, and the qualification number to verify.
The prices shown on our website are the costs to the training provider for registration and certification and are not the overall cost of undertaking a qualification. The cost of undertaking a qualification, including the assessment fees are set by each training provider, who will be able to provide the overall cost of undertaking a qualification.
