What the Cabin Crew End-Point Assessment involves

The EPA is designed to confirm that apprentices meet all the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to be cabin-ready.

We’re making it as simple as 1-2-3:

A multiple-choice test to confirm apprentices have the knowledge required.

Our assessors watch apprentices in the cabin, to see first-hand that they have the skills and behaviours they need.

A structured conversation between the assessor and apprentice will cover any aspects not seen in the previous two assessments.

We’re here to make sure your apprentices reach their destination with confidence.

Industry insights: This apprenticeship standard matters now more than ever

Cabin Crew apprenticeships are on the rise. Government changes mean that apprenticeship routes are now more viable for the aviation industry – with the likes of TUI planning major pilots in 2026.

Starting now means that you’re a part of planning for the future Cabin Crew workforce. Partnering with iCQ means that you’ll be doing it will industry leaders.
