About the event
iCQ are running a one day event to discuss skills development within the Northern Ireland region. The event will be aimed at exploring how skills development, qualifications, and apprenticeships can meet current workforce demands, and help drive growth and opportunity in the region.
The objectives of this event are:
Bring together policymakers, employers, training providers, and awarding bodies to discuss skills priorities.
Highlight successful skills and apprenticeship initiatives and good practice insights within Northern Ireland.
Explore challenges and opportunities in aligning qualifications to regional workforce needs, and current and future workforce demands.
Strengthen partnerships across sectors to support the NI Skills Strategy.
Inspire new approaches to workforce resilience and regional development.
